Firstly you will need to inform your therapist of any medical conditions you may have, or if you are or could be pregnant. You will then be given time to privately undress and lay on the massage table. You may cover yourself up with the cover provided and at no point do you have to be totally exposed, as your therapist can uncover areas part by part.
Various techniques of Swedish massage will be utilised. The massage is sensitive to pressure and care will be taken to tender areas of the body. Your therapist may feel that the use of an oil is necessary, however you can choose not to have this.
