Using manual manipulating and strectching techniques in combination with health advice, your therapist will aid in improving mobility, healing
and, therefore, your quality of life. By restoring the balance between mechanical and soft tissue, the body's overall or localised structure improves, and good health is restored.

During your initial consultation, details will be taken of your medical history, diet and lifestyle. As part of this initial consultation it is likely you will be asked to perform a number of simple movements to allow your osteopath to fully diagnose and form a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.

The treatment itself involves the use of the hands to find problems in human structure and function.
