Life Coaching is about working with a life coach, with the aim of making real changes to your life and situations.
 
It will help you to clearly identify:

Coaching helps you to gain a sense of perspective, and to build on your strengths so that you feel more powerful and in control.

You and your coach agree to work together in a way that enables you to make positive changes to your life and situations. Together you will decide how you are going to get there, and what the next steps are.

 

    W h a t   w i l l   m y   s e s s i o n   i n v o l v e ?

During the first session both you and your coach will decide how you can best work together. Your needs, challenges and preferences will all be discussed, in order to determine how your coaching plan will develop. Thereafter, with help from your coach, you will set realistic and achievable goals. Your life coach will work with you, following a time-scale, to reach these.

Each session lasts for 1 hour.

Typical session: from £45



   H o w   o f t e n   w i l l   I   n e e d   t o   b e   t r e a t e d ?

This can vary, and will be discussed during your initial consultation. For some cases, a couple of sessions is all that is needed.
